Warranty

Effective Date: 14 Aug 2026

At MOSS, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage applicable to MOSS products purchased through our official website or authorized sales channels.

1. Warranty Coverage
All MOSS products purchased through our official website or authorized sales channels are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as mentioned on the original purchase invoice or order confirmation.
2. What is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
• Product malfunction under normal usage.
• Electrical or hardware defects.
• Charging or connectivity issues caused by manufacturing defects.
• Battery defects resulting from manufacturing faults (excluding normal battery wear).
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, MOSS may, at its sole discretion, repair the product or replace the product in accordance with this Warranty Policy.

3. Warranty Registration & Claim Process
Every MOSS product comes with a QR code on the packaging for easy warranty registration.

Warranty Registration
Customers are encouraged to scan the QR code and register their product by providing the required purchase and product details. Registering your product helps us provide faster warranty support and a seamless claim experience.

Warranty Claim
1. Scan the QR code on the product packaging or visit the MOSS warranty portal.
2. Submit your warranty claim by providing the Order ID or purchase invoice, product details,
description of the issue, and images/videos if requested.
3. Our support team will review the claim and may contact you for additional information or troubleshooting.
4. If eligible, pickup instructions or further guidance will be shared.
5. Once received, the product will be inspected by our technical team.
6. If found to have a manufacturing defect covered under this policy, it will be repaired or replaced
accordingly.
7. Products found to be outside warranty coverage or without any manufacturing defect may be
returned without repair or replacement.

4. Replacement Policy
If a warranty claim is approved, MOSS will replace the product with the same model or an
equivalent model, subject to availability.
Replacement requests will be processed only after the returned product has been received,
inspected, and verified by MOSS. If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect covered
under this Warranty Policy, the replacement will be initiated.

The warranty period for the replacement product will continue from the original purchase date and will not restart or extend.

5. What is Not Covered
• Physical damage, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Damage caused by drops, impact, crushing, bending, or liquid exposure unless specifically stated
by MOSS.
• Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, discoloration, or normal wear and tear.

6. Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty will be void if the product has been opened, repaired, or modified by an unauthorized
service provider; the serial number, barcode, or any product identification has been removed, altered, or is unreadable; or the defect is caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Shipping
If a warranty claim is approved, MOSS will arrange pickup and return shipping where reverse logistics service is available. In locations where pickup service is unavailable, customers may be required to ship the product to the address provided by MOSS Customer Support.
